What it is
Ralph is an open-source harness for autonomous AI development — coordinating 10+ agents across long-running tasks with deliberate context rotation so they don’t lose the plot on multi-hour jobs. It runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
Why it exists
Most of my robotics ecosystem was built by pairing with agents. Ralph is the distilled, reusable version of the workflow that made that tractable — the scaffolding that lets one person keep many agents productive without drowning in context.
